Refund Policy – SB Mart


At SB Mart, we want every customer to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a refund as per the terms below.


1. Eligibility for Refund


You are eligible for a refund if:


The product is damaged, defective, or wrong


The product is returned within the 7-day return period


The item is unused and in its original packaging



2. Non-Refundable Items


Refunds are not provided for:


Personal care products


Innerwear


Food items


Products that show signs of use


Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page



3. Refund Process


Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will approve or reject your refund request.


If approved, the refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.


Refund will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, bank, card, wallet, etc.)



4. Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time:


1. Check your bank/wallet account again



2. Contact your bank or payment provider



3. If you still need help, contact us




5. Replacement Option


Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive a replacement for eligible products.
